Ulrika David – A Journey Back to the Queen Within
After a life-changing accident in which I fractured my ankle in three places, I was forced to pause and truly feel what it means when health is lost. This moment led me on a powerful healing journey to India, where I discovered the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. There, I learned that healing begins with how we treat ourselves — that we are the Queens of our own bodies, and self-respect is the root of true wellness.
Through dedicated study and hands-on training in the Himalayas, I deepened my understanding of Ayurvedic consultations, massage therapies, and Marma work. Ayurveda gave me a new structure for life — gentle, clear, and rooted in balance.
Now, as I return to Austria, my purpose is to share this wisdom with others: to show them a way to reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and live with more clarity and joy.

A Proud Teacher Moment
Today, I want to celebrate my dear student Ulrike David. She first came to our clinic for a Panchakarma treatment — and what began as a healing journey turned into a beautiful life transformation.
Moved by the depth and wisdom of Ayurveda, Ulrike decided to dive deeper. She trained with us at Shivani Ayurveda, completing both Ayurvedic Consultant and Therapist programs under our guidance and style.
And today, she proudly opens her own Ayurvedic Center in Graz, Austria — a space of healing, balance, and love for Ayurveda.
What an honour to receive her very first business card — a symbol of dedication, courage, and growth.
Her journey reminds us how transformative this ancient science can be when lived with dedication and heart.
I’m so proud of her and hope to share more about her work with you soon.
